Rev. Ezekiel Danchomo, a Plateau-based cleric and regional leader of the Church of Christ in Nations (COCIN), who has been vocal about killing and insecurity in northern Nigeria, has prayed for President Bola Tinubu and his administration during his visit to Israel.
Danchumo has previously called out the government over attacks on communities in Plateau State and demanded stronger action to protect Nigerians from terrorism and other forms of violence. He has also sought international attention for the killings during his visit to Israel.
While praying, the cleric said: “I am praying for the Jews, praying for Benjamin Netanyahu to succeed, indicating the entire nation including Nigeria, praying for Tinubu and his administration. Whatever seed planted against his regime in the name of Jesus, it has been uprooted.”
The prayer was made during his visit to Israel, where he also prayed for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Israel and its people.
