The Federal High Court in Abuja has dismissed a suit seeking to compel the police to reopen investigations into the circumstances surrounding the de@th of Mohbad. An NGO, Registered Trustees of Break the Silence Foundation has argued that the police had earlier investigated the matter but didn’t thoroughly investigate some of his relatives such as the wife, the dad, brother, etc
Justice Omotosho said the NGO does not have a concrete proof to show that a thorough investigation was not done. The judge also warned lawyers that are granting interviews on the social media while the case is still pending in court
