Popular Nigerian cleric and founder of the Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministry, Prophet Chukwuemeka Ohanaemere (commonly known as Odumeje), has issued a blunt warning to his followers and critics regarding attendance at his future funeral.
Speaking to his congregation during a recent sermon leading up to his ministry’s 30th anniversary, the outspoken pastor declared that anyone who fails to honor and celebrate him while he is alive should not bother attending his burial when he passes away.
Adding a dramatic twist to his message, Prophet Odumeje warned that he would spiritually confront anyone who ignores his advice and shows up at his funeral without having shown him support during his lifetime.
“If you can’t celebrate me while I’m alive, don’t ever come to my burial when I’m dead, because I will come after you,” the preacher cautioned his audience.
Known for his theatrical preaching style, unconventional deliverance methods, and fiery public statements, Odumeje’s remarks have generated widespread reactions online as he prepares to mark three decades in active ministry.
